Work to be performed at a government customer site inChantilly, VA.\nDescription of Job Duties/Responsibilities:\nDesign and Develop tools for relevant operating systems platforms.\nDesign and Develop tools that integrate with commercial applications.\nDesign and Develop database management systems, image processing, collaborative tools, data manipulation techniques, data visualization techniques, and directory services.\nDevelop and conduct unit tests\nDetermine feasibility of software design within time and cost constraints.\nDocument software designs and related instructions so that others can understand and replicate the program.\nWrite or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users.\nAssign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel.\nCollaborate with computer manufacturers and users to develop new programming methods.\nTrain subordinates in programming and program coding.\nDesign and build web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.\nRequired Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.
