Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive actions to support operational readiness and successful outcomes. Analyze Business Performance & Customer Data: Evaluate customer, operational, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Develop Tools & Process Improvements: Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to define requirements and support the development of tools, reporting capabilities, and automation solutions that improve execution and data management. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, PMO, Marketing, and Data teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and ensure successful program execution.
