This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for optimizing supply chain performance through data-driven analysis, demand and supply planning, inventory management, supplier collaboration, and strategic decision support.\nThe successful candidate will lead complex initiatives that improve forecasting accuracy, drive inventory optimization, mitigate supply risks, and support business-critical network and operational priorities. This position regularly collaborates with senior leadership and stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Network organizations.\nSupply Planning & Purchase Planning\nDevelop and maintain supply plans that support demand requirements while optimizing inventory investments.\nGenerate SKU-level demand and purchase forecasts utilizing historical data, business intelligence, and market trends.\nMonitor inventory positions and procurement requirements to ensure continuity of supply and product availability.\nInventory Optimization & Capital Stewardship\nDevelop strategies that balance service levels, inventory turns, and capital efficiency.\nAnalyze inventory health, excess and obsolete inventory, and stocking policies to improve financial performance.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize inventory investments while reducing operational costs.\nShortage Management & Risk Mitigation\nProactively identify supply risks, shortages, and constraints that may impact business operations\nDevelop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.\nPartner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply challenges and improve resiliency.\nSupplier Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.\nMonitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, quality metrics, and service levels.\nCollaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.\nDemand Planning & Forecast Validation\nConduct detailed demand analysis to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.\nValidate forecasts through collaboration with business partners and operational teams.\nAnalyze demand variability and recommend planning adjustments to improve outcomes.\nLogistics, Fulfillment & Distribution Management\nCoordinate logistics activities to support timely, efficient, and cost-effective distribution.\nCollaborate with logistics providers and internal fulfillment teams to ensure operational efficiency.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements that enhance service delivery and business performance.\nCross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management\nCollaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Sales, Engineering, Network, and other business partners to align supply chain strategies with organizational priorities.\nLead planning discussions and influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.\nPresent business insights, risks, performance trends, and improvement opportunities to leadership teams.\nData Analytics & Decision Support\nPerform advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational insights.\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and planning models that support strategic decision-making.\nTranslate large data sets into actionable business recommendations.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.\nSupport automation and digital transformation efforts across planning and supply chain operations.\nStrategic Network Support\nSupport strategic network initiatives through planning expertise, operational readiness productivity through digital innovation.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.\nExperience supporting complex supply chain environments involving multiple suppliers, product categories, and stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, forecasting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExperience utilizing data to develop strategic recommendations and influence business outcomes.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis applications.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAPICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or related Supply Chain certification.\nExperience with ERP, forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and supply planning systems.\nExperience developing dashboards, automation solutions, and business intelligence reporting.\nExperience working with AI-enabled business productivity and analytics tools.\nExperience supporting large-scale operational transformation or network
