This role leads the design of complex customer journeys, contributes to enterprise design systems, and partners cross-functionally to shape product strategy and digital transformation initiatives.\nPrimary responsibilities\nLead design efforts across multiple products, journeys, and initiatives while ensuring a cohesive customer experience.\nUse AI-enabled design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, Loveable, Adobe Firefly, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate ideation, streamline workflows, and create interactive prototypes from early concepts to production-ready experiences while maintaining a human-centered approach to design.\nCollaborate across teams to align foundational/structural design with overarching strategies (campaign, site, and user experience).\nPartner with UX content writers, product managers, engineers, and design system teams to translate customer needs into scalable, reusable components and patterns.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and style guides for consistent design and language across projects and products.\nDesign comprehensive, production-ready component libraries in Figma-from foundational atoms to complex organisms-ensuring each component is accessible, flexible, and documented for implementation.\nGuide and mentor designers through design reviews, critiques, and knowledge sharing.\nFacilitate cross-team alignment on UX approaches, helping teams navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and technical constraints.\nFactor in usability testing results when making design and creative decisions.\nRequirements & core competencies\nBachelor’s degree in UX design, HCI, visual communication, or similar.\nFive+ years of related experience; in-house or creative agency experience a plus.\nPortfolio featuring structural design for various customer journeys.\nRobust understanding of UX fundamentals with a curiosity for emerging technologies.\nKnowledgeable in digital brand experience and customer-focused thinking.\nExperience making data-driven design decisions to drive engagement and conversion.\nWell-versed in accessibility standards, responsive design, and modern design tools with advanced expertise in Figma, including component architecture, library management, and design token systems.\nProven experience designing, building, and evolving enterprise-scale design systems, including component governance, documentation, and accessibility standards while balancing consistency, flexibility, and engineering feasibility.\nAbility to effectively prompt, evaluate, and refine AI-generated design concepts while applying UX best practices and human judgment.\nFamiliarity with designing experiences that incorporate conversational AI, generative AI, personalization, or intelligent-assistance patterns is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills and comfortable presenting work.\nAble to challenge the status quo and bring creative solutions that go beyond the brief, support the strategy, and drive the business forward.\nFamiliar with business- and consumer-audience needs.\nExperience with Workfront (or similar project management systems).\nJob Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
