available server environment.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nWindows Server Administration\nEngineer, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments.\nManage server operating systems including Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.\nPerform server builds, provisioning, decommissioning, and lifecycle management activities.\nMaintain server standards, hardening guidelines, and operational procedures.\nSupport physical, virtual, and cloud-based Windows infrastructure.\nPatch & Vulnerability Management\nPlan, schedule, and execute operating system patching activities.\nCoordinate maintenance windows with application and business stakeholders.\nRemediate security vulnerabilities identified through internal and external scans.\nEnsure compliance with corporate security and regulatory requirements.\nProduce patching compliance metrics and executive-level reporting.\nOperating System Upgrades\nLead Windows Server upgrade and migration initiatives.\nDevelop migration strategies from legacy operating systems.\nPerform impact assessments and compatibility analysis.\nCoordinate application validation and testing activities.\nMaintain upgrade roadmaps and lifecycle plans.\nSoftware Deployment & Tooling Management\nInstall, configure, and maintain infrastructure software agents and management tools.\nSupport deployment operating system configurations for performance and stability.\nLicense & Asset Compliance\nMaintain inventory of Windows Server assets.\nTrack software licensing consumption and compliance.\nProduce audit support documentation and reports.\nPartner with asset management and procurement teams.\nSupport internal and external compliance reviews.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement and maintain security baselines.\nSupport Active Directory and Group Policy administration.\nEnsure compliance with SOX, security, and infrastructure standards.\nParticipate in security incident response activities.\nDrive remediation efforts for identified risks and vulnerabilities.\nIncident & Problem Management\nProvide Level 3 engineering support for critical incidents.\nParticipate in outage investigations and root cause analyses.\nDevelop permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nSupport after-hours maintenance and incident response when required.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain architecture diagrams and operational documentation.\nDevelop standard operating procedures and technical runbooks.\nCreate executive and operational dashboards.\nReport on patch compliance, server health, vulnerability status, and lifecycle metrics.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of Windows Server administration experience in a large enterprise environment.\nHands-on experience with:\nWindows Server 2016/2019/2022\nActive Directory\nGroup Policy\nPowerShell scripting\nMicrosoft IIS\nWindows Failover Clustering\nDNS and DHCP\nExperience with enterprise patching solutions.\nExperience supporting virtualized environments using VMware or Hyper-V.\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nExperience managing infrastructure in regulated environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications (AZ-800, AZ-801,
