project teams, vendors, lab operations, automation teams, and onshore counterparts to resolve support requests and operational issues.\nSupport onboarding, enablement, and adoption of testing tools, automation platforms, and operational processes.\nMonitor tool health, platform performance, capacity utilization, and operational readiness across lab and production environments.\nManage and prioritize support requests, incidents, defects, and enhancement activities to ensure timely resolution and service continuity.\nSupport software upgrades, patching, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of testing platforms and associated infrastructure.\nEnsure operational procedures, documentation, knowledge articles, and support processes remain current, accurate, and effective.\nDrive automation-first operational practices and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and self-service capabilities.\nProvide status reporting, operational metrics, risk assessments, and escalation management to leadership and stakeholders.\nSupport 24x7 operations through follow-the-sun coordination and structured handoffs across three global regions: US, Europe, and India.\nPartner with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance.\nSupport capacity planning, benchmarking, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for testing and simulation platforms.\nJob Qualifications / Required Qualifications\nExperience leading or coordinating complex testing, operational support, or platform support activities. \nStrong understanding of automation-first testing and operational practices. \nExperience supporting load testing, performance testing, traffic generation, or testing tools. \nAbility to coordinate across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders. \nProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate operational, project, and management needs. \nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions. \nExpertise in Jira for defect, project, and operational workflow management. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nExpert knowledge of LTE, 5G NSA, and 5G SA architectures and end-to-end call flows. \nExpert knowledge of Voice, Messaging, VoLTE, VoWiFi, IR92, IR94, WPS, RTT, HTTP, N11, and related mobility services. \nExperience supporting certification, regression, service validation, or performance testing activities. \nExperience supporting lab and production environments. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience with load generation and testing platforms such as LoadCore, Landslide, Spirent, CyPerf, RealUE, or similar solutions. \nExperience supporting a 24x7 operational support model. \nExperience working within onshore and offshore delivery organizations. \nExperience supporting software upgrades, patching, infrastructure lifecycle management, and operational readiness activities. \nFamiliarity with Linux, virtualization, Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and telecom lab infrastructure. \nExperience with automation frameworks, AI-assisted operations, and performance analytics platforms \nAdditional Job Information\nThis is an offshore role that requires
