continuous improvement efforts.\n\n Qualifications\nRequired\n Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, Finance, Analytics, or related field.\n\n 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, PMO, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, Program Management, Analytics, or Performance Management.\n\n Experience facilitating executive governance forums and leadership reviews.\n\n Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive scorecards.\n\n Strong business analytics and executive communication skills.\n\n Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, reporting tools, and presentation development.\n\n Strong project and program management capabilities.\n\n Preferred\n Telecommunications, FTTH, infrastructure deployment, construction, or network operations experience.\n\n PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Operational Excellence certification.\n\n Experience supporting executive leadership
