Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and improve Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Entra ID, and core

Microsoft 365 services.

• Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies,

application deployment, patching, and endpoint lifecycle activities.

• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, authentication, access, application, and policy

issues.

• Review and improve Conditional Access, role assignments, device-based

access, and least-privilege controls.

• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to reduce manual administration

and remediate recurring issues.

• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring

platform issues.

• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the

internal IT team.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS devices in a cloud-first environment.
• Experience with application deployment, patching, device compliance, and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, Conditional Access, and role based access control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.
