Please review details below and provide us with your CV.\n The Occupancy Planning CAD Analyst role is responsible for delivering CAD and Polylining services during the implementation of IWMS/CAFM software. This position is accountable for the ongoing maintenance of CAD drawings as well as the connection of the CAD drawings with the Computer Aided Facility Maintenance/IWMS platform.\nJob Details:\nResponsibilities:\nImplementation for Client’s CAFM/IWMS software\nReview drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness\nRun routines to check for missing polylines, duplicates, gaps, and overlaps\nTag spaces with unique identifier\nCreate _Arch, _Floor, and _Poly drawings\nPolyline and label room numbers\nCapture required polyline changes\nLink Polylines and SpaceID Blocks\nUpload drawings and published background files to the client account server\nPublish Architectural, Furniture and Column files\nEstablish and maintain client master drawing library as needed\nLoad data from the drawings (CAD Space Codes, Area, Coordinates)\nPopulate the CAFM/IWMS platform with space categories, space types, space standards, room numbers, names and business organization\nCapture required adds or changes to attribution in FMS or other CAFM\nChanges based on field redlines including: Space category, Space type, Space standard, Employee name, Room Name, and Organization code\nAssisting in the implementation of IWMS enhancements\nAll other duties and tasks assigned\n Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\nEducation/training:\nDegree in Engineering, Architecture, or relevant work experience.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting, CAD/CAFM operations, space planning, or a related technical domain.\nSkills and knowledge:\nA strong working knowledge of CAD/CAFM/IWMS systems\nStrong working knowledge of polylines, blocks, layers, Xrefs, room numbering, area calculations, drawing cleanup, and CAD drawing standards.\nExcellent MS skills inducing: Power Point, Excel, Access, Word\nExcellent understanding of CAD/CAFM/IWMS systems and experienced in using its data to deliver projects\nOther abilities:\nExperienced in working on multiple CAD/CAFM/IWMS implementations and projects simultaneously and remotely\nAbility to review and validate CAD drawings for gaps, overlaps, duplicate entities, missing or incorrect polylines, and other drawing inconsistencies.\nHands-on experience integrating CAD drawings with CAFM/IWMS platforms, mapping space data, linking room identifiers and attributes, and updating space-related information.\nExperience uploading and publishing drawings, maintaining master drawing libraries, managing drawing versions, and ensuring accurate and consistent space data across systems.\nProficiency in preparing technical documentation, analysing and validating data in Excel, and maintaining QA checklists and process documentation.\nAbility to use Claude effectively for technical documentation, Excel data analysis, drafting and troubleshooting AutoLISP/Python scripts, automating repetitive CAD and data-management tasks, and developing CAD quality assurance checklists.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify drawing and data discrepancies, improve workflows, and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of CAD/CAFM operations.\nStrong written and verbal skills\nAbility to communicate ideas in a concise and summarized manner without personal bias\nOutstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills\nAbility to self-govern and make sound decisions\nAbility to develop relationships that can lead to long term assignments\nStrong ability to collaborate with others\nUnderstanding of and experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs\n Need for Immediate Joining\nWork from Home -
