This individual will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying enterprise integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for our clients, with a strong emphasis on Higher Education and Salesforce ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who combines MuleSoft architecture and development expertise with extensive Salesforce integration experience. This role requires someone who can independently design and build integrations, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and work directly within Salesforce configuration environments to support end-to-end integration delivery. Active MuleSoft certification is mandatory, and previous experience supporting Higher Education institutions is strongly preferred. Important: Candidates must possess at least one active MuleSoft certification and demonstrate strong hands-on MuleSoft development and Salesforce integration/configuration experience.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. \nExpertise with Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, API Manager, CloudHub, and MuleSoft connectors. \nProven experience developing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, batch integrations, and real-time integrations. \nHands-on Salesforce integration and configuration experience, including the ability to navigate Salesforce Setup, objects, fields, relationships, connected apps, permissions, and API configurations. \nExperience integrating Salesforce using MuleSoft Salesforce Connector, REST API, SOAP API, and Bulk API. \nStrong understanding of API-led connectivity, integration architecture, authentication, OAuth 2.0, and error-handling frameworks. \nAbility to independently architect, build, test, troubleshoot, and deploy MuleSoft integrations. \nExperience developing technical specifications, integration mappings, API documentation, and solution architecture diagrams. \nStrong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work collaboratively with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business stakeholders.\nDesired Skills\nHigher Education experience is strongly preferred, particularly working with universities, Advancement organizations, and Student Information Systems. \nExperience integrating Salesforce Education Cloud, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, or Salesforce Advancement solutions. \nFamiliarity with Higher Education platforms such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Ellucian Banner, Workday, Slate, Anthology, and other campus systems. \nExperience with MuleSoft API-led architecture and reusable integration frameworks. \nKnowledge of data migration, source-to-target mapping, data quality, and enterprise data architecture. \nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and deployment automation. \nExperience with event-driven architecture, message queues, and asynchronous processing. \nPrior consulting or professional services experience supporting multiple enterprise clients. \nAbility to lead technical discovery sessions, architectural design discussions, and integration troubleshooting activities.\nYears of Experience\n7+ years of overall enterprise application integration, software development, or solution architecture experience. \n4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development and integration implementation experience. \n3+ years of Salesforce integration experience, including direct exposure to Salesforce administration and configuration.\nCertifications\nActive MuleSoft certification, such as Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer or Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Integration Architect.\nAdditional Requirements\nDemonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients\nExperience supporting sales and business development\nPosition requires flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs\nAdditional Information\nAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
