Guided by our seven core values, The Attain Way, our vision is the foundation of our culture-to be and attainthe best. \nWhat You Will Do\nServe as the client-facing Integration Lead for a Workday ERP implementation supporting the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday.\nLead the integration workstream, including discovery, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.\nServe as the primary point of contact for the client and project leadership on integration activities, priorities, risks, and dependencies.\nAssist the client with the vendor management to ensure engagement and implementation readiness.\nLead and provide technical direction to integration developers while remaining hands-on in integration design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.\nFacilitate client integration discovery and design sessions and translate business and technical requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions.\nEnsure integration deliverables meet established timelines, quality standards, and project requirements.\nManage integration scope and client expectations throughout the implementation.\nCollaborate with client stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, third-party vendors, and the system integrator to successfully deliver shared objectives.\nIdentify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner and develop alternative technical or functional approaches when necessary.\nReview integration designs and deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, security, and alignment with established standards.\nIdentify opportunities to improve integration methods, processes, and reusable solutions based on project experience.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of integration consulting or implementation experience, most recently as an Integration Lead or similar capacity.\nDemonstrated experience leading the integration workstream for a Workday implementation.\nHands-on experience with Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Workday Studio, BIRT, Cloud Connect and Orchestration.\nExperience leading and providing technical direction to integration developers.\nDemonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.\nStrong client-facing skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions, communicate technical concepts clearly, and build trust with project stakeholders.\nDemonstrated follow-through on assignments, deliverables, and issue resolution.\nAbility to produce high-quality deliverables requiring limited refinement or oversight.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday integration certification.\nExperience supporting Workday HCM and Financials implementations.\nExperience with State ERP implementations.\nExperience supporting a PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformation.\nAdditional Information\nAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing. The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
