This position supports the Stakeholder Engagement Division through critical infrastructure engagement and advisory services.\nQualifications and Education Requirements:\nTwo (2) to four (4) years of related technical writing, editing, publication, or Government documentation experience.\nA bachelor’s degree in English, communications, technical communication, public policy, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nExperience developing and editing executive briefings, white papers, reports, meeting summaries, and procedural documents.\nAbility to translate complex policy and technical information into clear, accurate, audience-appropriate content.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Drupal, version control, accessible documents, and Section 508 requirements.\nKnowledge of critical infrastructure sectors, SRMA responsibilities, sector interdependencies, and cyber and physical risk considerations.\nMicrosoft Office Specialist: Word Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps) certification is preferred.\nMust obtain and maintain a favorable DHS fitness determination (Public Trust) and required facility and system access.\nJob Duties:\nDevelop sector-specific memos, talking points, summaries, white papers, briefing decks, and post-engagement reports.\nTranslate SME input, sector research, operational needs, and engagement outcomes into clear executive products.\nEdit materials for factual accuracy, clarity, consistent terminology, DHS/CISA style, and Section 508 accessibility.\nPrepare post-engagement summaries within three business days unless directed otherwise and maintain a monthly document production log.\nMaintain version-controlled drafts, reviewer comments, final products, and records supporting sector governance and coordination.\nProduce rapid briefing notes and coordination summaries during urgent events and contribute to after-action summaries within ten business days after deactivation.\nPerform assigned unclassified engagement duties and safeguard sensitive Government information through approved access, records, and distribution procedures.\nNon-Essential Functions:\nOther related duties as assigned.\nAbout Us\nAttainX, Inc. delivers technology solutions, software products, and professional services to Federal Government customers.
