You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive product development and deliver exceptional value to our construction industry customers. Roadmap\nAssist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features\nSupport the development of product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories\nCustomer & User Research\nEngage directly with construction industry customers to understand their pain points, workflows, and needs\nConduct user interviews, surveys, and analyze usage data to gather insights\nSynthesize customer feedback into actionable product recommendations\nCreate and maintain customer journey maps and user personas\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features\nPartner with design teams to create intuitive user experiences that solve real construction industry problems\nCollaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand market feedback and support go-to-market strategies\nCoordinate with marketing on product positioning, messaging, and launch activities\nData-Driven Decision Making\nDefine and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success\nAnalyze product usage data to identify improvement opportunities and validate hypotheses\nCreate reports and presentations to communicate product performance to stakeholders\nSupport A/B testing and experimentation initiatives\nProduct Operations\nManage product backlogs and prioritize features based on impact and effort\nWrite clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria\nParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives\nDocument product features and maintain internal knowledge bases\nIndustry Expertise Development\nDevelop deep understanding of the construction estimation process and industry challenges\nStay updated on construction technology trends and emerging AI capabilities\nBuild relationships with industry experts and thought leaders\nRequirements & Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Construction Management, or related field\n2 years of experience in product management\nInterest in or exposure to B2B SaaS products is a plus\nKnowledge of the construction industry or construction technology is advantageous but not required\nExperience with AI/ML products or platforms will be a big plus\nTechnical Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort working with data\nBasic understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies\nProficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar)\nExperience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Google Analytics) is a
