We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented member to join our team.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nAs an Intern - Video & Motion Graphics Design, you will have the opportunity to support Attentive.ai’s Global Demand Gen and Brand Initiatives with video & design planning and execution as part of the Marketing team. Your output and timely delivery will strongly determine the quality and ROI of our demand generation efforts.\nEdit and deliver case study videos for YouTube and web\nDesign and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, and branded title sequences\nBuild and maintain reusable After Effects templates for consistent brand output\nCut short-form social clips (reels) and teaser content from long-form footage\nCollaborate with the content and marketing team on scripts, storyboards, and shot lists\nManage file delivery, export specs, and version control across multiple projects\nHigh level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in video & design software. Execute on a video & design strategy that aligns with marketing goals and brand identity.\nGood understanding of the decision-makers involved in the B2B buying process and thereby developing packaged content that result in higher engagement.\nAbility to clearly understand the WIIFT (What’s in it for Them) for an audience and create well-crafted video and motion design with key aspects of storytelling.\nBe aligned with expectations with cross-functional collaboration to fuel programs across content marketing, product marketing, tradeshows & webinars, and marketing campaigns to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual experience across all touchpoints.\nWork with the Marketing team and Manager - Video and Motion Graphics to conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to/from the team.\nSupport multiple marketing video projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.\nAbility to clearly present modern motion graphics design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executives. \nAI knowledge and familiarity with AI tools would be an added advantage.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n6 month-1 year of B2B SaaS/Software marketing experience (SaaS Preferred), with experience in executing end-to-end video and motion graphics design support for marketing projects.\nMust have a graduation in design or video related field.\nAbility to create excitement with compelling videos, both internally (within the organization) and externally (audience/customers/partners)\nAbility to think creatively and communicate complex ideas with simple yet unique storytelling\nGood understanding of experimentation and A/B testing\nExperience in marketing to US-based companies is preferred \nProficiency in: Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Blender, and others\nMust have a growth mindset\nWhy work with us\nWe offer an inspiring environment full of young people with a lot of ambition.
