As a senior front-end engineer at Attentive, you will help us design, develop and maintain beautiful interfaces and complex client-side applications of our SaaS product\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nWrite effective, scalable, and reusable code\nDevelop and maintain user-facing elements integrated securely with the internal backend\nParticipate and contribute to system design and architecture discussions\nTake full ownership of assigned modules and ensure product delivery as per agreed timelines\nMentor junior team members and perform code reviews\nConduct frequent brainstorming sessions, and motivate the team, and drive innovations\nTest and debug programs\nImprove functionality of existing systems\nImplement security and data protection solutions\nAssess and prioritize feature requests\nCoordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nIn-depth knowledge of how the internet, websites, and browsers work (working knowledge of server technologies, HTTP protocol, CDN, and caching concepts)\n3+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in frontend technologies\nCore UI Development experience with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript\nExperience with Next.js, React.js, TypeScript and relevant libraries such as React Query, Zustand etc.\nStrong UX sense to provide efficient solutions in the product design process\nProduct & Design Knowledge -
