Contract Labour Management\nEnsure end-to-end management of contract workforce:\nContractor onboarding, verification of licenses, PF/ESI codes, and statutory compliance.\nMaintain muster rolls, wage registers, and ensure timely payment of wages as per Minimum Wages Act.\nMonitor PF/ESI contributions and ensure 100% coverage for contract workers.\nConduct regular audits of contractor compliance (wages, safety, documentation).\nLiaise with contractors for manpower planning and deployment as per production requirements.\nMaintain statutory registers and prepare compliance reports for labour authorities.\n2. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance\nEnsure compliance with all labour laws, factory rules, and government regulations.\nRenew licenses and permits on time (Contract Labour License, Factory License, etc.).\nPrepare and submit statutory returns and reports within deadlines.\nCoordinate with HR and Legal for inspections and audits.\n3. Time Office & Attendance\nOversee biometric attendance system for regular and contract employees.\nValidate overtime approvals and ensure adherence to company policy.\nProvide accurate payroll inputs to HR/Finance within timelines.\n4. Plant Infrastructure & Facilities\nManage housekeeping, canteen, transport, security, and other plant facilities.\nEnsure preventive maintenance of administrative infrastructure.\nMonitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.\n5. Security & Safety\nCoordinate with security agencies for access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.\nSupport EHS team in safety audits, emergency drills, and compliance for contract workforce.\n6. Vendor & Cost Management\nNegotiate rates with contractors and vendors to optimize costs.\nEnsure timely processing of invoices and maintain cost control measures.\n7. Employee Welfare\nOversee employee services like canteen, transport, uniforms, and medical facilities.\nAddress grievances related to administrative services promptly.\n8.
