resolve operational issues to improve the performance of mechanical recycling systems.\n· Metallurgy Expertise:\nApply in-depth knowledge of metallurgy to optimize the extraction of metals (both ferrous and non-ferrous) from e-waste.\nConduct metallurgical analysis to enhance the yield and quality of recovered materials.\nRecommend process modifications based on technical analysis and industry best practices.\n· Process Monitoring and Reporting:\nUse MS Excel for data analysis, generating reports on recycling performance, material recovery rates, and furnace operation metrics.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to ensure the effectiveness of mechanical recycling processes.\nPrepare and present detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and optimization opportunities.\n· Team Collaboration and Communication:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality control, and operations to drive process improvements.\nProvide guidance and training to junior team members on best practices and technical aspects of mechanical recycling.\nCommunicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.\nKey Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in mechanical recycling, metals recovery, or a related industry, with a strong focus on furnace operations.\nDemonstrated expertise in metallurgy and material recovery, particularly from e-waste or similar materials.\nExperience in troubleshooting and optimizing mechanical systems and processes in a recycling
