This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, can think strategically, and execute with precision.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerformance & Digital Marketing\nPlan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Web & App campaigns) across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels, familiar with MMPs like appsflyer, branch, firebase\n\nManage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, App push and re-engagement campaigns\nTrack, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV\nWork closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals \nAnalytics & Business Understanding\nAnalyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities\nDevelop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing efficiency\nApply strong business acumen to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth objectives\nStrategy & Execution\nSupport marketing strategy development for D2C & B2B initiatives and brand-led campaigns\nManage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure\nIdentify new growth channels, tools, and marketing innovations\nStakeholder & Team Collaboration\nCoordinate with internal teams including product, sales, tech, and operations\nCommunicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders\nKey Requirements\nEducation & Background\nMBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute\nStrong academic and professional background\nExperience\n5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with B2C companies\nProven experience in managing performance marketing and retention channels.\nHands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM platforms\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills\nExcellent
