The role involves acquiring new enterprise clients, managing strategic relationships with Producers, Importers, Brand Owners (PIBOs), OEMs, and corporate customers while driving revenue growth across EPR compliance solutions.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong business development capabilities, deep understanding of EPR regulations, and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead business development initiatives for Attero's EPR business across e-waste, battery waste, and non-ferrous metals.\nAcquire and manage strategic relationships with Producers, Importers, Brand Owners (PIBOs), OEMs, and large enterprise customers.\nDrive sales of EPR compliance solutions, EPR credits, sustainability services, and regulatory advisory offerings.\nDevelop and execute business strategies to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.\nBuild and strengthen relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and ecosystem partners.\nGuide clients on EPR compliance requirements and evolving environmental regulations.\nCoordinate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nMonitor regulatory developments, market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities.\nLead commercial negotiations, contract closures, and long-term customer partnerships.\nMentor and lead the EPR Business Development team while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.\nRepresent Attero in industry conferences, sustainability forums, and regulatory engagements.\nDesired Candidate Profile\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline.\nMBA preferred.\nRequired Experience & Skills\n6+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Sustainability Consulting, EPR, Environmental Services, Waste Management.\nMust have experience working with EPR compliance, recycling, environmental consulting, or regulatory businessess.\nStrong understanding of Indian environmental regulations and EPR frameworks.\nProven track record of handling large enterprise customers and complex commercial negotiations.\nStrong Business Development & Sales expertise, High Business Acumen, Relationship Management, Procurement & Supply
