Fleet & Logistics Management\nManage fleet and transportation operations across the cluster.\nPlan and optimize vehicle deployment based on volume, capacity, routes and TAT.\nDrive route optimization and maximum vehicle utilization.\nCoordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.\nMonitor vehicle utilization, turnaround time, route adherence and transportation cost.\nDrive reduction in empty running, waiting time and avoidable transportation costs.\nEnsure vehicle documentation, loading/unloading and safety compliance.\n\nD. Reverse Logistics & E-Commerce\nManage reverse logistics including collection, transportation, receiving, segregation and disposition.\nMonitor reverse logistics TAT and collection efficiency.\nOptimize routes and transportation resources.\nCoordinate with e-commerce and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.\n\nE. E-Waste, EHS & Compliance\nEnsure safe handling, segregation and storage of e-waste, lithium-ion batteries, electrical/electronic equipment and recyclable materials.\nEnsure compliance with EHS guidelines, statutory requirements and company SOPs.\nDrive 5S, housekeeping, safety and safe material-handling practices.\nConduct periodic safety and compliance audits across warehouses.\n\nF. Manpower & Team Management\nPlan and optimize manpower deployment across cluster warehouses.\nMonitor productivity, attendance and manpower availability.\nLead, coach and develop Warehouse Managers / Warehouse In-charges.\nDefine performance targets and conduct periodic reviews.\nIdentify manpower gaps and coordinate with HR for timely recruitment.\nBuild second-line leadership and ensure business continuity.\n\nG. Vendor & Transporter Management\nManage warehouse vendors, manpower agencies and transporters.\nMonitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs/SLA.\nConduct periodic performance reviews and drive corrective actions.\nEnsure vendor compliance with company policies, EHS and statutory requirements.\nSupport cost optimization and commercial initiatives.\n\nH.
