Maintenance Activities:\nImplement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for electrical and mechanical systems.\nPerform corrective maintenance to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime.\nAssist in managing equipment inventory and ensuring proper maintenance records.\nProvide technical support and recommendations for the upkeep and improvement of systems.\nPerform root cause analysis on mechanical/electrical failures and propose corrective actions.\n4. Safety and Compliance:\nEnsure compliance with all safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, IEC, etc.).\nConduct safety training and briefings for site personnel.\nEnsure that all electrical and mechanical works meet required standards and regulations.\nParticipate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.\n5. Reporting and Documentation:\nMaintain accurate records of site activities, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance work.\nPrepare detailed reports on the project’s progress, including issues, resolutions, and recommendations.\nEnsure that all documentation is completed for project closeout and handed over to the client as necessary.\n6. Coordination and Communication:\nAct as the primary point of contact between the site team and other stakeholders (e.g., project managers, engineering teams, and clients).\nFacilitate communication between electrical, mechanical, and other project departments to ensure smooth execution.\nAttend project meetings to provide updates and address any project concerns.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical project site execution and maintenance.\nKnowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and their operation in a site environment.\nFamiliarity with IS electrical and mechanical codes and regulations.\nExperience with project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong commitment to safety practices and protocols.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProfessional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.\nExperience with AutoCAD, electrical design software, and project management tools is an added advantage\nKnowledge of building management systems (BMS) and SCADA systems.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work in a construction site environment (e.g., exposure to dust, noise, and heights).\nAbility to work in outdoor
