The role will involve handling employee lifecycle processes, attendance and payroll coordination, HR documentation, compliance support, employee engagement, and coordination with plant operations and manpower vendors.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle\nManage day-to-day HR operations for plant employees and associates.\nHandle joining, onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases.\nAddress employee queries and provide timely HR support.\n\n2. Attendance & Payroll\nMonitor daily attendance, absenteeism, shift schedules, and leave records.\nCoordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll processing.\nVerify attendance, wage sheets, overtime, deductions, and related payroll inputs.\nResolve attendance and payroll-related employee queries.\n\n3. Contract Labour / Manpower Management\nCoordinate with manpower contractors for deployment and attendance.\nMonitor manpower availability and absenteeism.\nEnsure timely submission and verification of contractor-related documents.\nSupport manpower planning based on plant requirements.\n\n4. Statutory Compliance\nSupport compliance related to PF, ESIC, ECR, wages, labour laws, contractor compliance, and other statutory requirements.\nCoordinate with contractors and internal teams for compliance documentation.\nMaintain compliance records and support internal/external audits.\n\n5. Employee Engagement & Welfare\nSupport employee engagement activities, recognition programs, sports activities, and welfare initiatives.\nCoordinate initiatives such as Employee of the Month, Kaizen, employee communication, and engagement activities.\nAddress employee concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.\n\n6. HR MIS & Reporting\nPrepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports and MIS.\nMaintain manpower, attendance, attrition, absenteeism, and payroll-related trackers.\nGenerate HR dashboards and reports for plant management.\nEnsure accuracy and timely submission of HR data.\n\n7.
