Billing & Documentation Management\nPrepare and maintain billing documents, invoices, challans, GRNs, and other dispatch-related records.\nEnsure accuracy of commercial documentation and timely processing.\nMaintain records of transactions, dispatches, and supporting documents.\n2. Dispatch & Order Coordination\nCoordinate end-to-end execution of confirmed orders until successful delivery.\nTrack dispatch schedules and ensure timely movement of materials from the plant.\nCoordinate with logistics teams for vehicle placement and dispatch planning.\n3. Vehicle & Logistics Follow-up\nMonitor vehicle availability and follow up with transporters for timely reporting at the plant.\nEnsure dispatch timelines are met to avoid delays in delivery commitments.\nCoordinate with internal teams regarding loading schedules and dispatch readiness.\n4. Quality & Material Status Coordination\nTrack material availability and coordinate with the QC team for material inspection and clearance.\nFollow up on QC status to ensure timely dispatch of approved materials.\nSupport smooth coordination between production, QC, and dispatch functions.\n5. Customer & Internal Coordination\nProvide updates on dispatch status, delivery schedules, and documentation to stakeholders.\nCoordinate with customers and internal teams for order execution and issue resolution.\nAddress operational queries related to dispatches and documentation.\n6.
