Senior Full - Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, the ability to lead a small team of developers, and a passion for building high-quality software products.

As a senior full stack developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React.js and Next.js .
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Optimise applications for speed, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and application issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with QA, product managers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project execution.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web development.
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js and Next.js .
• Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience with database technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and API integration.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior team handling or technical leadership experience is mandatory.

Good to Have:

• Working with cloud platforms such as AWS Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
