In this role, you will lead discovery through hypercare while configuring systems, building artifacts, managing data migrations, and training end users. Additionally, you will shape best practices, mentor clients, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to support client growth.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nRun discovery workshops, map current/future processes, and produce fit-gap and SOWs.\n\nConfigure Business Central (companies, ledgers, subaccounts, posting rules, item/warehouse/lot/serial, projects/tasks, service orders, schedules, security).\n\nBuild artifacts: Inquiries/Queries, dashboards, KPIs, financial reports, Import Scenarios, Report Designer layouts; integrate via OData/REST for Power BI/automation.\n\nManage data migration (templates, cleansing, trial loads) and UAT.\n\nTrain end users and admins; document SOPs and runbooks.\n\nProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement (ticket triage, enhancements roadmap).\n\nPartner with Sales on scoping/demos and with Product/Engineering on integration and reporting needs.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n3-5+ years in ERP implementations with 2-3+ years hands-on Business Central (functional lead or senior consultant).
