They drive delivery excellence, resource utilization, forecasting, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the consulting practice.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDelivery Leadership\nOwn the successful delivery of a portfolio of NetSuite projects and managed services engagements.\n\nEstablish project governance, delivery standards, and quality controls.\n\nMonitor project health, risks, budgets, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.\n\nEnsure consultants follow established implementation methodologies and delivery processes.\n\nLead escalation management and coordinate recovery plans when project risks arise.\n\nDrive accountability across consultants, project managers, and solution architects.\n\nClient Relationship Management\nServe as an executive-level point of contact for strategic clients.\n\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.\n\nConduct executive steering committee meetings and project status reviews.\n\nManage customer expectations regarding scope, timelines, and outcomes.\n\nIdentify expansion opportunities and partner with sales on account growth initiatives.\n\nResource & Capacity Management\nManage consulting utilization and capacity planning.\n\nBalance project demand against available delivery resources.\n\nForecast staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.\n\nCoordinate resource assignments based on skills, availability, and project priorities.\n\nMonitor team productivity and workload distribution.\n\nFinancial Management\nOversee project profitability and gross margin performance.\n\nReview project budgets, burn rates, and revenue forecasts.\n\nMonitor time entry compliance and billing readiness.\n\nManage change orders and scope expansion opportunities.\n\nEnsure engagements remain aligned with contractual commitments.\n\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, mentor, and coach NetSuite consultants, project managers, and delivery leads.\n\nSupport onboarding and development of consulting team members.\n\nEstablish best practices, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks.\n\nPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nParticipate in performance discussions and career development planning.\n\nQuality Assurance\nEnsure solution quality prior to customer validation and go-live.\n\nReview project deliverables for completeness and adherence to standards.\n\nSupport deployment readiness reviews and hypercare planning.\n\nMonitor customer satisfaction and project success metrics.\n\nDrive lessons learned and continuous process improvements.\n\nManaged Services Oversight\nOversee managed services delivery and support operations.\n\nEnsure SLA compliance and customer responsiveness.\n\nCoordinate priority escalation management.\n\nEstablish operational procedures for support and enhancement requests.\n\nPartner with Customer Success teams on long-term client roadmaps.\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems delivery.\n\n3+ years of experience in delivery management or consulting leadership, overseeing multiple client projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of NetSuite ERP implementation, optimization, integrations, and managed services.\n\nProven experience managing project budgets, profitability, resource utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage executive-level client relationships, project escalations, and stakeholder expectations.\n\nProven experience leading, mentoring, and developing consulting teams.\n\nStrong understanding of project governance, risk management, quality assurance, and SLA compliance.\n\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart:\nNetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant.\n\nExperience working in a NetSuite consulting partner or professional services environment.\n\nExperience with project management, resource planning, and professional services automation (PSA) tools.\n\nExperience supporting international clients and identifying account growth opportunities.\n\nAbout Atticus:\nAtticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is a specialized remote staffing and IT offshoring firm based in the Philippines, providing vetted, high-quality Filipino talent to global tech startups, SMEs, and consulting firms, focusing heavily on niche areas like ERP (NetSuite), Accounting and Finance and IT, offering integrated recruiting, upskilling, and HR support to ensure high retention and reliable offshore teams.\nAtticus provides a comprehensive solution for international companies to build dedicated, outsourced teams and efficiently scale their technical and administrative capabilities by leveraging skilled Filipino talent, managed with a focus on quality and long-term retention.
