This role is ideal for a CPA-qualified NetSuite professional with strong functional experience, a solid understanding of financial processes, and hands-on experience with end-to-end NetSuite implementations. You will work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions and provide functional support throughout implementations, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nWork directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and identify appropriate NetSuite solutions.\n\nSupport end-to-end NetSuite implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.\n\nConfigure and optimize NetSuite based on business requirements and accounting processes.\n\nWork with NetSuite financial modules and support core financial processes.\n\nTranslate business requirements into practical and scalable NetSuite solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and make better use of NetSuite.\n\nTroubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions to clients and end users.\n\nSupport system enhancements, testing, UAT, and system updates.\n\nPrepare functional documentation, process documentation, user guides, and other project-related materials.\n\nWork closely with technical consultants and other teams to make sure functional requirements are properly understood and delivered.\n\nProvide functional guidance and support to clients during implementation and after go-live.\n\nManage multiple priorities and deliverables while meeting project timelines and client expectations.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nCPA qualification is required.\n\n5+ years of relevant NetSuite functional experience.\n\nProven experience with end-to-end NetSuite implementations.\n\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite financial modules and accounting processes.\n\nGood understanding of NetSuite functionality, configuration, and business processes.\n\nStrong accounting and finance background.\n\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into NetSuite solutions.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComfortable working directly with clients and business stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart:\nExperience with SOX compliance.\n\nExperience working in a NetSuite consulting or client-facing environment.\n\nExperience supporting multiple NetSuite implementations and enhancement projects.\n\nExperience working closely with technical NetSuite consultants or developers.\n\nAbout Atticus: \nAtticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is a specialized remote staffing and IT offshoring firm based in the Philippines, providing vetted, high-quality Filipino talent to global tech startups, SMEs, and consulting firms, focusing heavily on niche areas like ERP (NetSuite), Accounting and Finance and IT, offering integrated recruiting, upskilling, and HR support to ensure high retention and reliable offshore teams. \nAtticus provides a comprehensive solution for international companies to build dedicated, outsourced teams and efficiently scale their technical and administrative capabilities by leveraging skilled Filipino talent, managed with a focus on quality and long-term retention.
