As we are rapidly growing, this role is very important and will have a major impact on the future of our software systems. Less manual, more automation!\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, build, and support low-latency trading infrastructure\nTroubleshoot complex issues across the OS, storage, networking, and HPC clusters, working closely with other teams\nAutomate server provisioning and configuration management\nIdentify manual or repetitive workflows and design automation to improve reliability and user experience\nDeploy and support containerized applications\nMaintain and scale data storage systems\nAdminister observability and source control platforms \nCoordinate with remote data center technicians on hardware installs and repairs\nMaintain clear documentation and a structured knowledge base\nEvaluate emerging hardware and software relevant to trading, HPC, and storage, and propose improvements\nWork with remote technicians at data centers\nRequirements:\n1-5 years of experience in Linux systems engineering or administration\nSolid understanding of Linux internals: process scheduling, virtual memory, filesystems, and the networking stack\nStrong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash\nExperience with configuration management and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible\nGood grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, troubleshooting tools)\nUnderstanding of computer system architecture\nHands-on experience with observability tools (metrics, logging, alerting)\nExperience with containers (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes a plus)\nClear communication skills and the ability to work across teams\nStrong understanding of computer system architecture\nNice to have:\nExperience with low latency L1/1.5 network devices \nExperience with Solarflare or Mellanox network cards\nExperience with Kubernetes (bare-metal and cloud environments)\nExperience with Big-Data Processing and Analysis Pipelines such as Jenkins or similar\nGenuine Interest in Finance and Trading\nExperience Working in a Trading Company is a significant plus\nAdditional expectations:\nPassion for Continuous Learning\nStrong Sense of Responsibility\nAbility to Make Independent and Timely Decisions\nSkill in Finding Innovative Solutions in Critical Situations\nService-Oriented Mindset\nBenefits:\nOpportunity to develop professional competencies\nInteresting and challenging tasks\nCompetitive rates of pay\nPaid time off\nCoverage of health insurance costs\nOur motivation:\nWe are a company committed to staying at the forefront of technology.
