You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting the platform that makes this possible.\nYour Mission & Goals:\nDevelop, sustain, and support one of the leading global trading platforms with low-latency C/C++ systems for high-frequency trading (HFT), while consistently enhancing its performance, functionality, and stability\nConduct thorough testing and participate in comprehensive code reviews\nImplement interfaces with advanced networking hardware (FPGA, kernel-bypassing drivers)\nDemonstrate proactive decision-making and self-direction, while recognizing when to seek guidance\nResearch platform performance improvements\nMust-have:\n3+ years of experience developing HFT platforms and trading systems\nExperience working with modern C/C++ in a Linux environment\nExperience in profiling and optimization\nUnderstanding the principles of OOP, Multithreading, and IPC\n AI & Productivity Tools: Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage modern AI tools (e.g., generative AI, code assistants, research and productivity tools) to improve quality, speed, decision-making, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong judgment, accuracy, and ownership of outcomes\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of operating systems, kernel-level understanding of device-level support in Linux\nKnowledge of Financial Instruments (Stocks, ETFs, Futures, Options)\nExperience with various market data and order entry protocols (ITCH, OUCH, PITCH, CME MDP)\nAbout you:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field\nFast, deep learner who owns their work end to end\nHandles multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nThrives with autonomy, quick decisions, and a small, team-first environment\nExcellent attention to detail and a critical mindset: correct, efficient code held to very high standards\nCuriosity and passion for financial markets and trading, with a long-term view of a career in HFT\nBenefits:\nCompetitive rates of pay.\nPaid time off (4 weeks).\nCoverage of health insurance costs.\nOffice lunches.\nDiscretionary bonus system. \nAnnual base salary range of $175,000 to $250,000.
