The platform will enable researchers to explore, test, and deploy sophisticated signals, models, and strategies across asset classes, in a robust, fully automated manner, while remaining within highly competitive latency targets. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting the platform that makes this possible.\nYour Mission & Goals:\nDesign and deploy performance-critical components for large-scale trading infrastructure.\nDevelop high-frequency trading (HFT) systems in C++ with an emphasis on low latency and reliability.\nWrite modern, efficient code using the latest C++ standards.\nInterface directly with cutting-edge networking hardware via kernel-bypassing drivers.\nConduct performance research to push the boundaries of our platform’s speed and scalability.\nMust-have:\n3+ years of hands-on experience with C++ development in a Linux environment\nDeep understanding of C++ standards (C++14, C++17; C++20 is a strong plus).\nHands-on experience with Python and/or Bash scripting.\nProficiency with Linux environments and system-level programming.\nSolid grasp of multithreading, IPC, and concurrent systems.\nStrong skills in latency and throughput optimization, including experience with profiling and PGO.\nKnowledge of OOP and software design patterns.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.\n AI & Productivity Tools: Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage modern AI tools (e.g., generative AI, code assistants, research and productivity tools) to improve quality, speed, decision-making, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong judgment, accuracy, and ownership of outcomes\nNice to have:\nExperience developing high-performance, low-latency systems on Linux. \nFamiliarity with OS internals and kernel-level networking.\nUnderstanding of financial instruments such as stocks, ETFs, futures, or options.\nProtocol-level networking knowledge (TCP/UDP/IP stack).\nAbout you:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field\nFast, deep learner who owns their work end to end\nHandles multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nThrives with autonomy, quick decisions, and a small, team-first environment\nExcellent attention to detail and a critical mindset: correct, efficient code held to very high standards\nCuriosity and passion for financial markets and trading, with a long-term view of a career in HFT\nClear communicator with upper-intermediate (or higher) English\nWhat we Offer:\nCompetitive compensation package\nPerformance-based bonus opportunities\nHealthcare & Sports/gym budget\nMental health support, including access to therapy\nPaid time off (25 days)\nRelocation support (where applicable)\nInternational team meet-ups\nLearning and development support, including courses and certifications\nAccess to professional tools, software, and resources\nFully equipped workstations with high-quality hardware\nModern office with paid lunches\nOur motivation:\nWe are a company committed to staying at the forefront of technology.
