This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.\nYou will be tasked with assist in evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.\nThis role is based in Canberra and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a combination of working from the Atturra office and client sites as required.\nCandidates must hold a minimum of Australian Citizenship and have the ability to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance, as required to support current and future Federal Government projects.\nResponsibilities:\nGather, analyse and document business requirements, translating customer needs into clear functional requirements.\nParticipate in and facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions, ensuring key outcomes and actions are documented.\nBuild effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nAnalyse current-state business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and assist in defining future-state processes.\nWork closely with technical and functional teams to ensure business requirements are understood and appropriately translated into solutions.\nApply knowledge of relational databases, data structures and data migration concepts when analysing requirements and supporting solution delivery.\nWork effectively within Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.\nDevelop and maintain project artefacts, including business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and workshop documentation.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios, validating requirements and assisting with the resolution of identified issues.\nIdentify requirements gaps, risks, dependencies and potential impacts, escalating and working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.\nManage assigned Business Analysis activities and priorities across multiple project deliverables.\nContribute to team knowledge sharing, Business Analysis practices and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain and develop professional and technical capability through ongoing training and continuous learning.\nPositively contribute to Atturra’s collaborative culture and demonstrate our values when working with colleagues, clients and partners.\nWorking Conditions:\nOn-site / Hybrid\nLocation -
