You will ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, within scope, on time, and within budget, while effectively managing stakeholders, risks, resources, and project outcomes.\nResponsibilities include:\nProject management and reporting using the defined methodology and tools of client and Atturra PMO \nPerforms the day-to-day management of the project and has accountability for managing the project within the approved constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver outcomes that meet user expectations \nFormal status reporting to the business partner, program manager and steering committee \nWeekly progress reporting to relevant Leads \nWork closely with the Business Partner team, the project team including the technology partners, key business stakeholders and the PMO to ensure clear alignment on project objectives, deliverables, timelines, accountabilities in delivering user centric outcomes \nManage relationship with team members, customers, vendors, and all stakeholders and provide the necessary visibility, direction and leadership to all parties \nResponsible for outlining the products to be produced during workshops and ensure that members of the group are clear on responsibilities and accountabilities \nResponsible for quality and completeness of all project artefacts \nProactively identify, log, monitor and manage project risks and issues \nSubmit change requests to the Project Board with impact analyses \nEnsure outcomes meet customer expectations and achieve sign-off for the successful completion of all agreed deliverables. \nWorking conditions\nBased in Sydney\nOnsite\nPermanent full time\nMust have baseline clearance \nWhat will make you successful in this role?\nEssential\nThe Project Manager must have\nExperience working for an IT integrator is essential/Managed Services Provider\nExperience running It Infrastructure projects \nMust have commercial experience\nHave a high level of interpersonal skills and be personable, proactive, responsive and accountable \nProven experience building teams \nDemonstrated 7+ years of technology Project Management experience \nHighly developed written and oral communication skills \nDirect and clear communication and reporting to the steering committee \nStrong stakeholder management \nA deep understanding of revenue, profit, and the financial dynamics of a consultancy business\nAbility to use influence and build teams relationships with internal and external teams \nAbility to work in complex organisational environments and remote teams \nAbility to identify and address risks early and often \nWorkshop and Facilitation skills \nLogical and structured decision making \nA strong focus on ensuring the project has user buy-in early and throughout the project delivering a fit-for-purpose and well accepted end product. \nHave the necessary experience to identify and follow the most effective delivery approach for success \nAbility to perform under pressure, resolve conflicts and achieve agreement amongst users and stakeholders \nA results-focused approach \nDesirable\nExperience in some or all the following skills is considered desirable:\nWorkshop facilitation \nAgile methodologies \nStakeholder engagement \nChange management \nRisk management \nLessons learnt \nQualifications\nFormal qualifications in Project Management are desirable but not essential.\nWhy is this an exciting opportunity?\nAtturra is one of the fastest growing ASX-listed advisory and IT solutions companies in Australia, giving you a strong foundation to fulfil your career ambitions.
