This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.\nYou will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.\nDue to the security requirements of this project, it is crucial for this role to be on site 5 days a week in the client’s office or our Atturra office in Canberra.\nAdditionally, you MUST already hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance to be considered for this position.\nResponsibilities:\nFacilitating the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teams\nNegotiate and manage access to and performance of ICT resources across a matrixed organisation\nPrepare project management artefacts including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests (where required), project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register and change register\nFacilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts such as user/functional specifications\nLead regular project status meetings involving all Agency stakeholders; and \nAct as the first point of contact for risks, issues and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business. \nWorking Conditions:\nOn-site\nCanberra \nPermanent / Contract\nActive NV1 Clearance a MUST\nWhat will make you successful in this role?\nTechnical Expertise:\n7-10 years of experience of Agile Project Delivery in Federal Government projects, preferably in Law Enforcement related Federal Government Agencies\nStrong experience in contract scope / scope management\nExperience in building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams\nDemonstrated ability to promote continuous improvement of team environments using agile principles\nExperience delivering applications with sound technical knowledge\nDemonstrated ability to manage project objectives such as scope, budget and schedules\nMust hold an already active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance\nHave effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to effectively recognise and adapt to change\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nMust be able to communicate with and present to a variety of different audiences, and\nHave strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.\nHighly Desirable:\nPRINCE2 certification, PRINCE2 Agile certification\nMSP Certification\nCertified Scrum Master\nOther relevant project management certifications\nTechnological depth and breadth, tactical cross-skills and IP tools, we straddle the path between advice, implementation, and adoption.\nWhy is this an exciting opportunity?\nAtturra is one of the fastest growing ASX-listed advisory and IT solutions companies in Australia, giving you a strong foundation to fulfil your career ambitions.\nWe currently have 1300+ professionals working across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and USA who are using innovation to lead the way.\nOur Cloud Business Solutions team specialises in strategy, migration, and proactive management across large enterprise and small-scale cloud deployments.
