This role bridges the gap between customer needs and technical capabilities, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling, scalable, and cost-effective service offerings.\nThis role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise to Customers through introductions by the Account Executives which can result in delivery of managed services.\nThey are accountable for providing responses to tenders or proposals to Atturra customers and providing architecture guidance on the managed service proposals / tenders they submit.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSolution Design & Architecture\nDevelop end-to-end managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and workplace services.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with service capabilities and delivery models.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.\nPresales Engagement\nWork with the sales and account management team to ensure the timely delivery of pre-sales activities and outcomes.\nCollaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and position appropriate managed services offerings.\nLead technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions with clients.\nPrepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork with internal teams (delivery, operations, finance, legal) to ensure a deliverable solution is prepared.\nUnderstand service partner solutions and ensure Atturra has commercial non-disclosure, pricing and/or subcontract for key partners.\nManage the NetSuite queue and workload to ensure any potential contention is addressed and the appropriate solutions requests have been correctly prioritised in line with business and sales objective.\nInnovation & Continuous Improvement\nProvide ideas for continuous improvement of pre-sales proposals and technical delivery documentation to ensure Atturra documentation is always in line with customer expectations and market standards.\nContribute to the development of new service offerings and enhancements to existing ones. \n\nWhat will make you successful in this role?\nMinimum 5 years as a Solutions Architect\nMinimum 5 years involved with Managed Services\nSignificant experience in designing enterprise solutions across some of our major vendor partners (Cisco, HPE, Microsoft).
