The person in this role will do that by representing Atwell in all communications with the client, communicating with Atwell management, and assembling and coordinating Atwell project teams and progresses. In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in regards to the essential functions of the job found below.\nEssential Functions\nImplement the project plan and assist the Project Manager to determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule.\nAssure work product by analyzing the design, client requirements, and performance standards.\nMonitor the project status:Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends.\nIntervene, as needed, to assure project objectives.\n\nDevelop future business:Assist with marketing support and presentations.\nFollow up on outstanding proposals.\nProactively build and maintain relationships with current and future clients.\n\nEnsure project team performance:Coach, counsel, and mentor team members.\nPlan, monitor, and appraise job results.\nCommunicate with team members and management.\nCoordinate recruiting for open positions as needed.\n\nMaintain the project file by collecting and organizing project materials.\nEnsure product quality and Atwell reputation by following the Atwell Product Quality Manual and established standards.\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge:Attend educational workshops.\nReview professional and market segment publications.\nEstablish personal networks.\nParticipate in applicable professional societies and trade associations.\n\nAchieve performance objectives by meeting or exceeding designated chargeability and hours worked.\nAbility to independently apply fundamental engineering, environmental, land planning, and survey concepts.\nContribute to team effort.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent.\nProfessional License (PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, PS) desired.\nFour (4) to Eight (8) years of experience in civil engineering, environmental, land planning, survey or related field.\nExperience in dealing with private land development deadlines and expectations.\nExperience designing residential and commercial land development projects with AutoCAD Civil 3D.\nExperience with hydrology reports.\nExperience managing and mentoring other employees.\nDisclaimer \nWhile AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
