Technical tasks include but not limited to conceptual site layout, utility design; roadway design; site grading design; storm drain design; storm water management design; water and sanitary sewer main design; soil erosion and sedimentation control design; floodplain studies; permitting and entitlement support; and construction support.\nAccountability and Duties\nDesigns site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. \nPrepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout.\nPrepares and computes, but not limited to due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis.\nAssists in production of final construction drawings.\nPrepares permit applications for applicable municipal agencies.\nAssists project managers as requested.\nAssists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects. \nWorks closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.\nAttends client and public meetings- days or evenings.\nParticipates in business development efforts as requested.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nOutstanding Interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a variety of people.\nAdaptable and able to respond quickly and accurately under pressure. \nAble to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be fluent in the English language.\nAvailable to work nights and weekends to complete projects as necessary.\nProficient in MS office.
