You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture and a national presence.\nJob Description\nCommute to and from sites daily in a company-provided truck.\nPerform survey activities such as leveling, traversing, topographic mapping, construction layout, as-built surveys, boundary surveys, and profile and cross-section surveys.\nSet up, adjust, and operate Trimble survey equipment including total station, data collector, and GPS equipment.\nMeasure distances, angles, and elevations for staking purposes.\nReviewing survey field calculations and adjusting when needed.\nLocating or establishing vertical and horizontal control.\nUtilizing Trimble equipment to measure all utility points including curb and gutter, water & sewer, storm drain, and paving.\nPrepare accurate field notes and complete as-built drawings.\nResponsible for maintaining work-issued vehicles, laptops, and survey equipment.\nFollow Atwell’s safety protocols.\nQualifications\n6+ years of experience in a Survey Crew Chief role.\nAbility to effectively communicate with contractors, inspectors and team leaders.\nPrior experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred).\nExperience with Trimble equipment (preferred).\nDisclaimer \nWhile AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
