You’ll build strong client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and deliver quality work while managing project budgets, schedules, and business goals.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead projects from proposal and contract through delivery, keeping clients informed and addressing concerns promptly.\nBuild and maintain relationships with municipal clients and prospective clients.\nCoordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and mentor team members.\nMonitor project scope, schedule, budget, workload, and financial performance; address changes and risks as they arise.\nPrepare proposals, project updates, and presentations, and follow up on business opportunities.\nMaintain accurate project records, reporting, and document management.\nCoordinate with Atwell leadership and colleagues across disciplines to deliver quality work.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least 8 years of experience in civil engineering, public works, environmental services, land planning, surveying, or a related field.\nA bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental studies, land planning, surveying, or a related field.\nExperience managing projects, client relationships, contracts, budgets, and schedules.\nStrong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.\nA collaborative, dependable, client-focused approach and the ability to work independently.\nProfessional registration or certification, such as PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, or PS, is highly desirable.\nWillingness to travel as needed.\nExperience with municipal clients and public works projects in the Seattle area is especially relevant.
