As a Project Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in bringing residential, commercial, mixed-use development, and renewable energy projects to life. You’ll work in an entrepreneurial environment where your voice matters, your expertise is trusted, and your career growth is prioritized.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.\n\nLead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.\n\nUse your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables.\n\nReview and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.\n\nCollaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.\n\nContinue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.\n\nWhat You Bring\nA deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center - you know how to turn data into accuracy and insight.\n\nExperience with Trimble field equipment preferred.\n\nPrior field crew experience is a plus - you understand both sides of the process.\n\nLSIT or PLS certification desired (multi-state licensure a plus).\n\nWhy Atwell\nYou’ll join a team that values mentorship, innovation, and long-term growth.
