Offset Press Operator | 1st Shift | $20-$24/hr | Cincinnati, OH

We are seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain commercial printing presses. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and experience producing high-quality printed materials while meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate offset printing presses, including Heidelberg, Komori, or similar equipment.
• Prepare plates, inks, and paper for production.
• Adjust press settings, registration, and ink/water balance to maintain print quality.
• Monitor color consistency and inspect finished products for defects.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Minimize waste and downtime while meeting production schedules.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of offset press operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of press setup, make-ready, color matching, and registration.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Pay: $20-$24 per hour
