Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using PHP and Laravel.\nTake ownership of backend architecture, application logic, database design, and RESTful API development.\nBuild and maintain real-time data communication features using Server-Sent Events (SSE) or WebSockets, wherever required.\nIntegrate frontend components and third-party services, including payment gateways, with backend systems.\nCommunicate directly with clients to gather and clarify requirements, explain technical approaches, discuss challenges, and provide project updates.\nDesign, optimize, and maintain relational databases, including complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization.\nImplement authentication, authorization, data validation, and other application security measures.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application reliability and performance.\nContribute to technical planning, effort estimation, and implementation decisions.\nParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote coding standards and best practices.\nCollaborate with frontend developers, mobile app developers, QA engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.\nStay updated with Laravel releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.\nTechnical Skills & Requirements \nMust-Have Skills\n5-8 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.\nStrong proficiency in PHP, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.\nIn-depth understanding of Laravel architecture, including MVC, middleware, service containers, queues, events, jobs, and exception handling.\nHands-on experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.\nStrong understanding of relational databases such asMySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server, including database design, indexing, and query optimization.\nFamiliarity with application security, including secure authentication, authorization, input validation, and protection against common web vulnerabilities.\nExcellent English communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with international or domestic clients, understand business requirements, explain technical solutions, and manage technical discussions.\nStrong problem-solving abilities, ownership, collaboration, and a proactive approach to development.\n Additional Advantages\nKubernetes: Familiarity with container orchestration, deployments, scaling, and application management.\nDevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure, monitoring, and application release workflows.\nLaravel Livewire: Experience building dynamic, interactive interfaces using Laravel Livewire.\nLaravel Filament: Experience developing admin panels, dashboards, and internal tools using Laravel Filament.\nFamiliarity with Laravel Horizon for queue monitoring and management, Laravel Telescope for debugging, and Spatie Media Library for file and media management.\nFamiliarity with Vue.js or React.js for frontend integration.\nFamiliarity with Laravel testing tools and frameworks, such as PHPUnit or Pest.\nQualifications\nB.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Engineering or a related discipline.\nBCA/MCA or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience..\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA technically strong developer who can independently handle complex development tasks and take ownership of deliverables.\nSomeone who can make sound technical decisions and balance application quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nA client-focused professional who understands business needs and communicates technical information clearly and confidently in English.\nA collaborative team player who can guide junior developers and work effectively across teams.\nSomeone who takes initiative, adapts to evolving requirements, and continuously looks for ways to improve products and development processes.\nAbout Atyantik Technologies Private Limited\nAtyantik Technologies is a team of technology enthusiasts with over a decade of experience delivering innovative IT solutions for clients across diverse industries.
