The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting SAI360 GRC applications based on business and client requirements. \n\nThe role requires a strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes, application configuration, functional design, reporting, dashboards, testing, and client-facing implementation activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAI360 configurations and solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Configure and customize SAI360 GRC applications based on approved business and functional requirements.\n\n- Participate in configuration and design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.\n\n- Analyze business requirements and translate them into application configuration specifications.\n\n- Configure workflows, forms, fields, business rules, approval processes, notifications, and other application components.\n\n- Develop and configure application enhancements based on detailed requirement specifications.\n\n- Support end-to-end implementation of SAI360 modules and solutions.\n\n- Ensure configurations follow established implementation standards and best practices.\n\n- Understand client business processes and document functional requirements.\n\n- Prepare detailed functional design and technical configuration documents.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable SAI360 solutions.\n\n- Identify configuration gaps and recommend appropriate solutions or workarounds.\n\n- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data requirements, and application enhancements.\n\n- Participate in solution design discussions and provide inputs from a SAI360/GRC perspective.\n\nGRC Process Management :\n\n- Work with stakeholders to understand and configure GRC processes related to areas such as :\n\ni. Enterprise Risk Management\n\nii. Regulatory Compliance\n\niii. Internal Controls\n\niv. Audit Management\n\nv. Third-Party Risk Management\n\nvi. Operational Risk\n\n- Understand risk and compliance workflows and translate them into application functionality.\n\n- Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n- Design and configure reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management views within SAI360.\n\n- Develop reporting solutions based on business and compliance requirements.\n\n- Configure data views and reporting structures for different stakeholder groups.\n\n- Support management reporting and analytics requirements.\n\n- Troubleshoot reporting and dashboard-related issues.\n\n- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.\n\n- Resolve configuration-related issues identified during testing.\n\n- Analyze defects and determine whether issues are related to configuration, data, workflow, or application functionality.\n\n- Support production deployments and post-production validation.\n\n- Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot user issues.\n\n- Document issues, resolutions, and configuration changes.\n\n- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with clients.\n\n- Communicate effectively with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders.\n\n- Provide product demonstrations and explain configured functionality to users.\n\n- Provide formal customer support and guidance during implementation and post-go-live phases.\n\n- Manage multiple requirements and priorities while maintaining delivery timelines.\n\n- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 3+ years of overall experience in GRC, enterprise application configuration, implementation, or related areas.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with SAI360 configuration and implementation.\n\n- Strong understanding of GRC concepts, processes, and workflows.\n\n- Experience in application configuration, customization, and enhancement.\n\n- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements.\n\n- Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, forms, fields, approvals, and notifications.\n\n- Experience in designing and configuring reports and dashboards.\n\n- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.\n\n- Ability to prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good understanding of software implementation and SDLC processes.\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Experience working on multiple SAI360 modules.\n\n- Experience with GRC implementation projects for enterprise clients.\n\n- Exposure to SAI360 integrations with other enterprise applications.\n\n- Knowledge of APIs, data integration, or database concepts.\n\n- Experience with data migration and validation activities.\n\n- Experience in Agile/iterative implementation environments.\n\n- SAI360-related certification or relevant GRC certifications.\n\n- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.\nSkills\nGRC, GRC Tools, IT Audit,
