This role involves designing and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.\n\n- Lead the technical design and implementation of high-performance, high-throughput applications supporting real-time streaming and time-series data processing.\n\n- Develop workflow automation solutions using Flowable and integrate business processes with enterprise applications.\n\n- Build and optimize event-driven architectures and data streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka.\n\n- Design and implement secure REST APIs and enterprise integrations using OAuth 2.0, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and other authentication and authorization mechanisms.\n\n- Develop and optimize data access layers using ORM frameworks such as JPA and iBatis, working with PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Redis, and Oracle.\n\n- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Contribute to cloud infrastructure automation and configuration management using Terraform.\n\n- Implement reliable CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices to ensure software quality and faster delivery.\n\n- Apply AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.\n\n- Explore and contribute to Generative AI and agentic engineering solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and LangChain4j, where applicable.\n\n- Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability tools.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed technology teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, establish engineering best practices, and contribute to technical decision-making.\n\n- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Programming : Strong hands-on expertise in Java, with working knowledge of Python.\n\n- Backend Development : Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, enterprise application development, and distributed systems.\n\n- Workflow Automation : Flowable and workflow-driven application development.\n\n- Messaging and Streaming : Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, data streaming, and real-time processing.\n\n- ORM and Data Access : JPA, iBatis, and related persistence frameworks.\n\n- Databases : PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Redis, Oracle, and experience working with structured
