Controls Agent.\n\n- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.\n\n- Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively recommend innovative solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\n\n- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and implementation activities.\n\n- Communicate effectively with UK-based stakeholders and provide updates on progress, risks, and solutions.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- 8+ years of experience in software development, automation, and scripting.\n\n- Strong hands-on programming experience in Java and/or Python.\n\n- Experience developing automation frameworks, scripts, and reusable components.\n\n- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\n\n- Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable automation solutions.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and drive solutions.\n\n-
