and orchestration technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications using Java 8+/11+.\n\n- Develop scalable and maintainable microservices using Spring Boot.\n\n- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and integrate services with internal and external systems.\n\n- Develop modular, reusable, and performance-efficient application components.\n\n- Containerize Java applications using Docker and create optimized Docker images.\n\n- Work with Kubernetes for application deployment, configuration, scaling, and service management.\n\n- Create and maintain Kubernetes resources such as Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Ingress.\n\n- Troubleshoot application, container, and deployment-related issues across development and production environments.\n\n- Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-native application architectures.\n\n- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate applications with CI/CD pipelines and automate build, testing, and deployment processes.\n\n- Manage source code using Git and follow established branching, code review, and version-control practices.\n\n- Build and manage Java projects using Maven or Gradle.\n\n- Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.\n\n- Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement appropriate optimizations.\n\n- Work in Linux/Unix environments for application troubleshooting, log analysis, and deployment support.\n\n- Implement appropriate logging, error handling, monitoring, and application health checks.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, design reviews, and Agile ceremonies.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and other developers to deliver reliable solutions.\n\n- Follow secure coding, development standards, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java.\n\n- Strong programming experience in Java 8+ / Java 11+.\n\n- Good understanding of OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java Streams.\n\n- Understanding of JVM concepts and application performance optimization is preferred.\n\n- Strong experience with Spring Boot.\n\n- Hands-on experience developing Microservices-based applications.\n\n- Good understanding of dependency injection, configuration, profiles, and Spring ecosystem.\n\n- Experience designing service-to-service communication and distributed applications.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Docker and application containerization.\n\n- Experience creating and optimizing Dockerfiles and container images.\n\n- Understanding of container lifecycle, networking, volumes, and image management.\n\n- Experience troubleshooting containerized applications.\n\n- Good hands-on experience with Kubernetes.\n\n- Understanding of Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Namespaces, and scaling.\n\n- Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications on Kubernetes.\n\n- Knowledge of Kubernetes health checks, resource limits, and rolling deployments is preferred.\n\n- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.\n\n- Experience with HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, authorization, request/response handling, and API validation.\n\n- Knowledge of API security and performance best practices is preferred.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Maven or Gradle.\n\n- Strong experience with Git.\n\n- Understanding of branching strategies, pull requests, merge/rebase, and code reviews.\n\n- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Understanding of automated build, testing, artifact management, and deployment processes.\n\n- Exposure to tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar is preferred.\n\n- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.\n\n- Experience writing complex SQL queries, joins, indexes, and troubleshooting database-related issues.\n\n- Exposure to databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar.\n\n- Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.\n\n- Comfortable with command-line utilities, log analysis, process management, file permissions, and basic shell commands.\n\nCloud-Native & Deployment Knowledge : \n\n- Understanding of cloud-native application architecture.\n\n- Knowledge of container-based application deployment and orchestration.\n\n- Understanding of scalability, availability, resilience, and fault tolerance.\n\n- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.\n\n- Understanding of concepts such as load balancing, service discovery, centralized configuration, monitoring, and distributed logging is preferred.\n\n- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.\n\n- Exposure to Helm charts and Kubernetes package management.\n\n- Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging technologies.\n\n- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or other Java testing frameworks.\n\n- Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools.\n\n- Exposure to ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.\n\n- Understanding of microservices security, OAuth2/JWT, and API gateways.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
