ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n- Follow DevOps best practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and metrics-driven development.\n\n- Maintain code quality, performance, reliability, and application security.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and promote coding standards, engineering best practices, and a culture of technical excellence.\n\n- Work with existing enterprise and legacy systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to their ongoing modernization.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\n\n- Strong hands-on programming experience in C# / .NET.\n\n- Excellent experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL development and database-related operations.\n\n- Practical hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Good understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and metrics-driven development.\n\n- Experience with source code management tools such as Git or Subversion.\n\n- Experience working in Agile software development environments.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Ability to understand, work with, and maintain complex legacy applications.\n\n- Exposure to Financial Markets, Capital Markets, or related financial services domains.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills :\n\n- Exposure to public cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\n- Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) or grid computing.\n\n- Knowledge of containerization technologies and Kubernetes.\n\n- Basic understanding of financial instruments such as Futures, Options, Interest Rate Swaps, and Bonds.\n\n- Experience developing C# REST APIs or working with SAML-based interfaces.\n\n- Knowledge of Apache Spark.\n\n- Exposure to Scala or functional programming concepts.\n\n- Experience with AKKA or AKKA.NET.\n\n- Familiarity with Power BI.\nSkills\n.Net, C#, SQL Server, Azure, REST
