Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Take ownership of the development, enhancement, and support of software initiatives within the Risk & Finance Lab. - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications in accordance with established software development lifecycle practices. - Build and maintain solutions using C#, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure technologies. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Agility Leads, Customer Journey Managers, and integration teams to understand requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Follow DevOps best practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and metrics-driven development. - Maintain code quality, performance, reliability, and application security. - Mentor junior engineers and promote coding standards, engineering best practices, and a culture of technical excellence. - Work with existing enterprise and legacy systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to their ongoing modernization.
