Overview : \n\nWe are looking for a skilled Lead/Senior Snowflake Support Engineer to support and optimize enterprise cloud data platforms, with a strong focus on Snowflake, SQL development, scripting, data management, and data architecture.\n\nTotal Experience : 2 - 8 years\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide technical support, maintenance, and optimization for Snowflake-based enterprise data platforms.\n\n- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation processes.\n\n- Write and maintain scripts using Python or similar scripting languages to automate routine tasks, data processing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Work with Snowflake utilities, including SnowSQL and Snowpipe, to manage data ingestion, loading, and processing workflows.\n\n- Implement and support Snowflake features such as Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, query optimization, metadata management, and secure data sharing.\n\n- Monitor data pipelines, scheduled jobs, and automated workflows to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.\n\n- Troubleshoot data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, failed jobs, and data integration challenges.\n\n- Support enterprise data management initiatives, including data governance, metadata management, data quality, and data lifecycle management.\n\n- Contribute to data modeling activities involving OLTP, OLAP, dimensional modeling, facts, and dimensions.\n\n- Support cloud-based data architectures, messaging systems, and analytics solutions.\n\n- Participate in enterprise-wide cloud data platform migration initiatives, including data migration, validation, testing, and post-migration support.\n\n- Collaborate with data architects, developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.\n\n- Use project tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms to manage incidents, track deliverables, and communicate progress.\n\n- Follow established security, compliance, and operational standards relevant to banking and financial services data.\n\n- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and operational reports.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- 3+ years of experience in SQL development.\n\n- 3+ years of experience in Python or similar scripting languages.\n\n- 3+ years of experience in the Finance or Banking industry.\n\n- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management.\n\n- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, including SnowSQL and Snowpipe.\n\n- 2+ years of experience with job scheduling software and project tracking tools such as Jira.\n\n- 1+ year of experience in data modeling (OLTP, OLAP, dimensional modeling).\n\n- 1+ year of experience with cloud-based data architectures and analytics platforms.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Snowflake Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, query optimization, metadata management, and data sharing.\n\n- Previous experience contributing to an enterprise-wide Cloud Data Platform migration.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise data warehouses and cloud data platforms.\n\n- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data pipeline monitoring.\n\n- Familiarity with data quality controls, data reconciliation, and production support processes.\n\n- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.\n\n- Knowledge of cloud data security, access controls, and
