practices. \n\n Required Skills \n\n 2-4 years of Salesforce Development experience. \n Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. \n Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic. \n Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. \n Experience working in highly customized Salesforce environments with custom objects, workflows, and integrations. \n Understanding of CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes. \n Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. \n Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. \n\n Preferred Qualifications \n\n Additional Salesforce certifications. \n Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations. \n Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or
