# Account Manager

Description Founded in 2002, AU10TIX provides AI-driven identity verification and management solutions that help global brands prevent fraud, meet regulatory requirements, and streamline customer onboarding. We are looking for an experienced and talentedAccount Manager to join our US team. You will own a portfolio of customer relationships and act as the key link between customers and AU10TIX. This is a hybrid role, and you are required to attend the Manhattan office during the week. What will you do? Build trusted relationships with US customers and advocate for their needs internally. Understand customer goals, technical needs, success metrics, and growth opportunities. Develop account plans focused on adoption, retention, renewals, growth, and risk management. Lead customer meetings and business reviews, ensuring clear actions and follow-up. Monitor customer health and usage, proactively addressing risks and driving adoption.
